Agricultural Sciences Building Atrium Named

The 4th floor atrium of the Agricultural Sciences Building was officially named the Ambassador Ardeshir Zahedi Atrium last week, in honor of one of the university's most distinguished alumni. Come take a look to learn more about the amazing life of this graduate of the animal science department who built a diplomatic career over decades that has shaped our modern world.

Peterson Extension Award, Spirit of Extension Award and the Extension Innovator Award (new this year) must be electronically submitted to Tammy Firth by 4 p.m. on Jan. 16. WEDA 2015 Awards of Excellence

The purpose of the awards is to recognize Extension outreach education programming that has achieved outstanding accomplishments, results and impacts in addressing contemporary issues in one or more of the 13 Western states and Pacific Island U.S. Territories.
