- Extension's Utah Building Farmers Program Farm Succession and Estate Planning workshop - Nov. 13 from 5 to 9 p.m. at the USU Botanical Center Utah House in Kaysville.
Logan Attorney Todd Hallock will discuss selecting and training a successor, use of entities such as corporations or LLCs, sales vs. gifts, retirement, what to do for the non-farming children, wills vs. trusts and funding the plan.
Registration cost is $20 per farm or ranch (two people) at the door. Contact
