  • Even though you can get Photoshop free or nearly free from the University, it may be too complicated for your needs. Click here to check out nine free and easy-to-use photo editing programs. Not on the list is Picasa, which is still my favorite; available at picasa.google.com.

  • USU Extension Sustainability and Community Rebuilds offer two permaculture workshops - One in Logan Sept 27 - 28 and another in Moab Sept. 30 - Oct. 1.  Permaculture expert Joel Glanzberg hosts the all-day training. Cost is $25 for adults and $15 for students. Registration has begun and is limited. Click here to register.
