  • May 20 - 6:30 to 8 p.m. - Explore the Garden Family Night: An evening filled with birds! USU Botanical Center Wetland Discovery Point. To register, click here and mention field trip #63.
  • May 21 - noon to 1 p.m. - Webinar: An Introduction to Woody Biomass and Biochar in Utah. Darren McAvoy of the Utah Biomass Resources Group and USU Forestry Extension will present the basics of biomass and biochar.  Click here and sign in as a guest with your first and last name. 
  • June 11 - 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. - The USU Organic Horticulture Team and USU Extension host a tour and workshop on organic tree fruit and vegetable production and pest management at the USU Kaysville Education Center and research farm. There will be field plot tours, presentations and lunch. The event is free, but there are a limited number of tickets available. Click here to register.
