USATF Officials Certification Clinic - 9/12/15
The USATF Georgia Association Officials Committee will be holding its next Officials Certification Clinic on Saturday, September 12th at Emory University from 9:00 a.m. to approximately 4:00 p.m.

The cost for a first time official's certification is $40 and can be paid by check (made out to USATF Georgia) or cash at the clinic.  New officials will receive a 2015 USATF rule book, a Georgia Association official's polo shirt, a USATF pin, and a holder for their USATF Official's ID Badge.  The cost for a re-certifying official is $20.

Schedule:
  • A morning session from 9 a.m. to approximately 12 p.m. will cover the official's certification process.
  • Lunch break
  • 1 p.m. - there will be a hands-on officiating overview conducted at the Emory Track & Field facilities adjacent to the Woodruff P.E. Center.  The afternoon session will take about 2 - 3 hours depending on participant interest, weather, etc.

Be advised that you don't have to have a USATF Membership to attend the clinic, but certification/re-certification cannot be completed without a valid (2015) USATF Membership number.
