USATF Georgia is pleased to announce several great opportunities in conjunction with the "Great Labor Day Mile" on Monday, September 7, 2015 at Gwinnett Place Mall in Duluth, GA.

Our "Great Labor Day Mile" is an event featuring a series of One Mile Races - an Open/Elite Men's Mile and Open/Elite Women's Mile sponsored by Gwinnett Place Ford, a Master Men's Mile and a Master Women's Mile, and rounding out the day is a great open One Mile Fun Run for all ages and abilities!  All races are timed and will be run on a flat, fast course around Gwinnett Place Mall.  The event is sanctioned and course certification is pending.

In conjunction with this series of events, we are pleased to present the following opportunities:

 Youth Club Team Participation Award - Sponsored by SuperShuttle Atlanta
This is a team participation award.  The team with the greatest number of registered participants on race day will qualify for the the $1,000 Youth Club Team Participation Award sponsored by SuperShuttle Atlanta.  A minimum of 10 athletes are required to form a team.  In addition, teams that attend the "USATF Runners Summit" on Sunday September 6, 2015 in conjunction with Packet Pick Up and Final Registration at Gwinnett Place Mall will earn 5 bonus points added to their number of participants on race day. "Runner's Summit" - Sunday, September 6, 2015 - 2 pm - 6 pm
This event is held in conjunction with Packet Pick Up and Final Registration at center court at Gwinnett Place Mall in Duluth, GA.  In attendance:

• Sir Peter Snell - Legendary middle distance runner - Gold Medalist at the 800m, 1500m and Mile.
• Kathryn Martin - Legendary world class master runner
• Hazel Clark - World champion at 800 meters
• Zap Fitness Training Camp Elite Athletes
• Furman University Elite Athletes

Corporate Partner Program:
 Organizations are invited to bring their members/employees to participate in the "Great Labor Day Mile" Fun Run.  This is a great opportunity for your corporate team or organization to use this event as a team building event and a vehicle to promote fitness.  As our Corporate Partner, we will use your logo on our event materials and offer you space at the finish line expo.
