The USATF GA Track & Field, LDR and Masters Committees would like to thank all athletes that competed in Sunday's track & field championships at Westlake High School, Atlanta, GA.

 In addition, we wish to thank all of the volunteers, USATF officials and USATF GA Board Members that supported this event. Special thanks to the Games Committee - Alice Jackson, T&F Chair Gwen Loud-Johnson, and Vernika Reeves (pictured left) who did a great job of coordinating all aspects of this event.

2015 NACAC Area Senior Championships Staff Selected
We are pleased to announce that USATFGA Track & Field Chair Gwen Loud-Johnson has been selected as a team coach for the 2015 NACAC (North American, Central American and Caribbean Athletic Association) Area Senior Championships.  The 2015 NACAC Area Senior Championships will be held in San Juan, Costa Rica on August 7-9, 2015.

 Gwen will function as Assistant Coach - Jumps/Combined.  Congratulations Gwen!

NSAF Caribbean Scholastic Invitational - Cuba - June 12-13, 2015
 We are also pleased to announce that Mike Judge, USATF GA Vice President of  Marketing and Head Coach of Throw 1 Deep Club was selected to travel with a team of  25 athletes to the NSAF (National Scholastic Athletics Foundation) Caribbean Scholastic Invitational in Havana, Cuba on June 12-13, 2015.

Team NSAF (USA) consists of 11 athletes who have already won NBN indoor or outdoor individual titles, and two others have been on championship relays. Twenty-two are current U.S. #1 in one or more events, or have been so -- indoors or outdoors -- in the past. Five have actually represented Team USA already, in either World Youth, World Junior and Youth Olympic competitions, and have won five medals between them.

USATF GA Youth Athletes Receive Athletic Grant to Brenau University
Georgia athletes Nia Griffin and Gloria Clark from Impact Athletics, were recently awarded athletic grants to Brenau University.
