Details:
We will offer a fun and easy 30-45 minute run (or walk) prior to the talk.  Our social fun run / walk will kick off at 5:30 p.m. and will end at 6:15 p.m. in time for the Educational Clinic.  Entrance and parking to Life Time Athletic is in the ground floor (off of Lake Placid Drive or off of Prado ) click on link for directions: http://www.mapquest.com/?q2=279831150+type:mqid
 
Those who come out to run / walk will receive a free technical short sleeve performance Commitment Day Run Club shirt. Please ensure to RSVP to Tina Klein.  We  will have a walking group for those who'd like to come out and walk.  Please feel free to take a tour of the Diamond facility, you do not have to be a member to take part in our run/walk club.  

Guest Speaker:
Dr. Josh Glass was on the USA Olympic Medical Team for Track and Field London Games 2012, He is consultant to Georgia Tech Track and Field programs,  a Varsity Track and Cross Country member UGA 1991-1996, and an  Atlanta Track Club Board member.
