Race Walk Chair Jim Norvill presented the 2013 SE Region and Association Championships at Campbell Middle School in Smyrna today. The meet featured a pre-race clinic conducted by Olympic race walker Ian Whatley.
Events contested included a 1500m, 3000m, 5,000m. 10,000m, and 20,000m race walk. There was great representation across all age groups. In addition, we had a great group of officials that support this event every year, and six board members who are also officials working the event. Great job on all levels!
