Dear Association Members:  
 We are excited about the number of members that have registered for our Annual Meeting this Saturday, August 10, 2013 at the Norcross Cultural Arts Center Banquet Room. Norcross, GA.  It will be a great turnout and we want to make sure you that you register so that we can accommodate everyone as far as seating and meals.  

 We urge you to register for the Annual Meeting as soon as possible: REGISTER NOW 

 For those of you who did not attend the Town Hall Meeting last night, you missed a great opportunity to speak with the Board of Directors and get an idea of what their roles and responsibilities are.  The Nominations Committee also fielded questions about who can vote and Bylaw Chair Pamela Hudson spent time during the town hall meeting discussing this.  

 To vote in the General Elections, you must meet one of the following criteria: 

• You have a 2013 membership. 
• You renew your expired 2012 membership any time prior to casting your vote on August 10, 2013.
• You're a first-time USATF member who purchased a membership by June 30, 2013.
• Your membership expired in 2011 (or earlier) and you purchased a membership by June 30, 2013.

 For your convenience, we have included links to the Meeting Agenda, the proposed bylaw amendments and the current Georgia Association bylaws below.  We will also be publishing the Georgia Association Annual Reports Book shortly.  This will contain reports from the Board of Directors, Membership, Club Registration, Sanctions, and our Association Financial Reports.  The link will be sent out shortly.
