Dear Association Members:

During the USATF Georgia Association 2012 Annual Meeting, the Bylaw Review Committee presented a set or "packet" of proposed amendments to the Association for its consideration and adoption. A motion to adopt the amendment packet, in its entirety, failed, as did a subsequent motion to individually consider each amendment.

During the upcoming USATF Georgia Association Annual Meeting on August 10, 2013, the Bylaw Review Committee will present an abbreviated set of amendments for your consideration and adoption. A link to the abbreviated set of proposed amendments is provided below.

During the Annual Meeting, the Bylaw Review Committee will lead the discussion around the proposed amendments. Reviewing these amendments and asking questions before the Annual Meeting is strongly encouraged.
