The Nominations Committee is in receipt of nominations from each of the following individuals as Executive Officer Candidates for Association Elections which will be held on Saturday August 10, 2013.

Executive Committee Candidate Nomination Requirements:
- A candidate must be a member of the Association who is at least 18 years of age (at the start of the term of office); and
- A candidate needs one (1) nominator and one (1) second who are both Members of the Association.
- Each nomination shall be approved by the nominee.
- All candidates must have a current 2013 membership. No nomination may be made for a person not in attendance at the Annual Meeting unless that person or his or her nominator has provided the Association Secretary at secretary@usatfga.org a written notice stating his or her willingness to accept that specific nomination.
Nominations from the Floor:
- No nominations may be made for a person not in attendance at the annual meeting unless that person or his/her nominator has provided the Association Secretary at secretary@usatfga.org with written notice stating his willingness to accept that specific nomination.
- A candidate must be a member of the Association and at least 18 years of age at the start of the term of office.
- A candidate needs one nominator (1) and one (1) second who are both members of the Association.
Voter Eligibility:
- One person-one ballot: One (1) person shall cast only one (1) ballot as an individual, regardless of how many positions within the Association the person occupies;
- Proxies: There shall be no proxy voting;
- Minimum age: In order to vote, Members must be at least 18 years of age on the day of election;
- Voting membership deadline: New members must have membership by June 30, 2013. Individuals with expired memberships can renew up to the date of election.
Committee Nominations:
The Nominations Committee is in receipt of nominations from each of the following individuals as Committee Chairs for Association Elections which will be held on Saturday August 10, 2013.
Note: Committees have elections for officers within the committee meetings. Please contact the Committee Chairs for specific information concerning Committee nominations and elections.

Town Hall Calls
The Nominations Committee will have Town Hall Calls for Officer and Committee Elected Positions. The purpose of the calls is twofold, first to inform the membership of the specific role, responsibility, duties and authority of each elected position beyond the information contained within the Association By-Laws and Operating Regulations; and second to allow the membership to meet the nominees for each position.
