For Azzedine Alaia,  the "King of Cling," who began his life on a wheat farm in Tunisia, his visions were inspired by the pages of Vogue, (given to him by his mother's fashionable friend) and his twin sister. An early entry into the world of sculpture helped him perfect his sense of the human form and create stunning silhouettes.
