A NOTE FROM THE PTA PRESIDENT
| |
There is a PTA Board meeting on Thursday, February 13th at 5:30pm in the Library. There will be a brief PTA General meeting later that evening at 6:30pm in the Cafeteria, immediately followed by the Second Grade performance of Ms. Holzbach's original musical, "True Beauty in the Land of BeckPinch." We hope to see you there!
Don't forget that Friday, February 14th is Valentine's Day and a PTA Treat Day - our children will be enjoying some sweet treats with their Valentine's that day in the classroom! If you have signed up to send in a treat, please be sure to deliver it to your child's classroom no later than 9am.
Many thanks to all our PTA parents and volunteers for all that they do!

The cost for the dinner will be $4 for adults and $2 for children with a family maximum of $15. Now that is value for your dollar!
Do you love to cook or want to support your PTA? We are in need of food donations for this event. If you can donate pasta, salad, bread or dessert for this event, please click here:

STUDENT DIRECTORY SUPPLEMENT
| |
The Pinchbeck PTA published its annual Student Directory in mid-November. Since the beginning of the school year, some students have joined the Pinchbeck community and others have moved or changed phone numbers or e-mail addresses. In order to ensure that everyone has the most up to date information we would like to issue a supplement to the directory. Everyone who had previously purchased a directory will receive the supplement.
If you would like to add your child's information to the directory or make any changes to your contact information please complete the form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1yN7zr9fsTjXFhI8p3VPBm2Z0qGSqcPbLY85yCc7apog/viewform by Friday, February 14.
There are still additional copies of the directory available. If you had not previously purchased one and would like to purchase one, please print the form HERE and send it in along with $5.00 for each copy. Checks should be made payable to Pinchbeck PTA. The directory is a great resource to have during the school year as well as over the summer to stay in touch with friends.
Call Amy Gregory at 740-7488 or e-mail at spider1988@verizon.net with any questions.
