sirolli At first glance, this TED video may seem to have nothing to do with heating, but if you stop to think about how we're training technicians and other employees, that Shut Up And Listen message may stir something in you. It sure made me stop and think. But beyond that, who can resist a persuasive argument from a passionate Italian?
