have enough Shiitake Mushrooms we substituted with another Blueberry forour Farmer Pick boxes (Custom Orders get priority so they got those items first!). We were happy to debut our Herb Sea Salt this week, a lovely blendof dried Purple Basil and Oregano with fine Sea Salt. We have enjoyed it on the Sweet Corn, yum! We'll have our Herbal Vinegars, soon too. We hope everyone enjoys the wonderful Good Food from our farms, we are all very proud to grow and deliver it to you!

Cucumber Tomato Salad
Just about as simple, fresh and tasty as it gets, Will makes this Salad almost every week when we're "in season" for the ingredients. We have included the mix in our Farmhouse Vegetable Plate Dinner Package, and this is a great beginner recipe for kid cooks, too. We hope you enjoy it!
~ Ingredients: Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Onions and Basil. The ratio of each vegetable is up to your taste!
~ Wash, trim and chop vegetables into bite-sized chunks. Wash, trim and chop Basil. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, drizzle with Olive Oil, Apple Cider (or other favorite) Vinegar, season with salt and pepper. Chill before serving!
