Meatloaf Dinner

We sold out of our Meatloaf Dinner Package this week so we decided to include the recipe in the Newsletter. This was lunch for our packing crew Wednesday!
Will's Mixed Meatloaf In a bowl combine 1 pound each Ground Beef and Pork Sausage. Add 1/4 cup finely chopped Sweet Pepper, 1 cup fresh bread crumbs, 2 Eggs lightly beaten, 1T Garlic Powder, salt and pepper. Mix together well and form into a loaf shape, place in baking dish and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. For glaze: combine 1/4 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar. Sauce Meatloaf and bake another 10 minutes. Allow to rest before serving. For the Dinner Package: wash, trim and chop Green Beans, saute with 2T Olive Oil, salt and pepper. Cook for 3-5 minutes, cover and turn off heat to finish cooking. Wash, trim and chop Summer Squash, cook with the same method as the Beans. Just before serving the meal wash, trim and slice Tomatoes and serve with a little salt and pepper.
