New Service Unit Manual COMING SOON!

Your Service Unit support staff has been working hard to develop a new Service Unit manual! Service Units can customize and use it to recruit a Service Unit team, support volunteers, and create a Service Unit plan and budget. Look for the handbook on our website and in the Essentials soon!

Day 1: Safety First!
Brownies and Juniors, learn how to handle an emergency and lend a hand to others in need; earn your First Aid badge and Safety pin in a single day! Find out more.

Day 2: Playful Investigations!
Spend the day earning two exciting badges. Brownies will earn the Senses and Making Games badges, and Juniors will earn the Detective and Playing the Past badges. Find out more.

Day 3: Making Food, Making Friends!
Seniors and Ambassadors will guide Brownies through the Simple Meals and Making Friends badges, and they will work with the Juniors to earn the Simple Meals and Social Butterfly badges. Find out more.

5th Annual Green Hat Society Songfest!

If you love singing, this is the event for you! Come celebrate May Day with your friends by singing some old songs and learning a few new ones. This event is open to troops/girls of all age levels, leaders, and Alumnae. It will be held in the Education Building of the First Congregational Church of Reno where there is plenty of free parking. The Songfest is hosted by the local Sierra Silver Streaks Chapter of the Green Hat Society. Find out more here.

Troop 1019 Starts Pedestrian Flag Program

Troop 1019 Juniors working hard to get their pedestrian flag program approved by schools and the City of Reno! School Board President Angie Taylor attended Westergard Elementary School's PTO meeting to watch the Juniors present their project and skit.
