IIE Kuwait University student chapter holds "Fiesta" event!  

The biggest ever event in the college of engineering at Kuwait University was organized by IIE's Kuwait University student chapter and was a huge success!

Students and non-students attended and enjoyed fun activities that included a live performance comedy play and fun competitions(hosted by a popular radio person), treasure hunt, haunted house, playing cards, video game competition, soccer tournament for the guys, photo shoot, girls salon, outdoor movie. The event had a street style theme. The chapter covered outdoor floor of the college with specially designed boards that were handmade by the chapter and also had a graffiti artist to draw a painting for the stage's background.

Student Chapter Best Practices: Six GOLD student chapters will present Best Practice Presentations (Oakland University,California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, University of Miami, Rutgers, Ohio State, University of Puerto Rico). You will learn of the activities of these chapters and get ideas to bring back to your home chapter.


Young Professional Panel:
 Three IIE Young Professionals - Alex Bohn (CareLogistics), Patrick Foxworthy (The MITRE Corp.), and David Rossi (Apple) will be on hand to discuss and to answer your questions on all aspects of the journey of transitioning "From Student to Young Professional."
