Elvis Sighting at LLAGNY Event!
Cassidy Cataloguing was honored to co-sponsor with William S. Hein & Co. entertainment at the LLAGNY Winter Meeting held Tuesday, January 8, 2013 (The King's birthday!) at 230 Fifth Avenue.
 The venue was absolutely beautiful with clear views of the Empire State Building and the food was delicious!
Elvis entertained the crowd with his performing and then took some time to take pictures with adoring fans. The  LLAGNY Winter Meeting was an all-around fun night and a great opportunity to mingle and network while being entertained at the same time!

News about the U.S. Congressional Docs - Hearings Records
Google is engaged in a joint project with the Law Library of Congress to provide a free online copy of the "Congressional Record". While that content will duplicate HeinOnline's "U.S. Congressional Documents Collection - Hearings" it will not include detailed MARC records for the individual documents like the HeinOnline version does. This value-added option affords the serious researcher extensive subject access into the resource.
As an experienced legal researcher, we don't have to tell you the difference between "flat" keyword searching as in Google vs. targeted subject analysis provided by law catalogers with years of experience.
