ShminaA. Z. SHMINA, INC. Celebrates 100 Years of Commercial Construction

A. Z. SHMINA, INC. has reached a major milestone in 2016 - a century of building successful projects throughout Southeastern Michigan.

Headquartered in Brighton, the family-owned company specializes in commercial construction and renovation. While leadership of the firm has evolved through three generations beginning with Achilles Zissi Shmina, a strong passion for the business has always remained.

"Passion is the very reason we've enjoyed 100 years of success in a business as volatile as Michigan's construction industry," said company president Andrew Shmina. "We love what we do and it shows in the state-of-the-art facilities we construct and in the relationships we have built."

To create their robust portfolio of outstanding work, A. Z. SHMINA, INC. adheres to a fairly basic business model: bring together experienced, skilled craftsmen with the latest innovations, advancements and technologies to achieve the ultimate goal: the best possible finished project for their customers.

By staying true to this approach over the decades, the company has gained something that can only be earned-perspective. Shmina explained, "We take great pride in our ability to problem solve, and it's all about perspective. With an experienced staff and a track record that dates back 100 years, we know a thing or two about the construction industry, and the challenges it can present."

To commemorate their 100-year journey, the company has planned a number of special events, including an open house celebration at their Brighton office this summer.  To learn more about A. Z. SHMINA, INC., please visit www.azshmina.com.
