On Wednesday, April 22, at 9am, enjoy a 1.5 hour guided tour of the Osmosis meditation garden with Osmosis founder Michael Stusser and tree pruning expert Michael Alliger. The garden makes extensive use of stone, water and native plants to express the tranquil feeling of a Japanese style design. Tour includes Cedar Enzyme Footbaths, tea and snacks. Tickets are $20 and include $20 off any same-day appointment at Osmosis.

Monthly Meditation

The name for the month of April was taken from the Latin aperire which means to open - April being the time of year when trees and flowers begin to open. It was also a time of year that ancient cultures had festivities that were light-hearted, even silly, and initially April Fool's customs grew out of that seasonal light-heartedness, reflecting the way nature "fools" people with fickle weather....
