The 11th of November marks the day in 1984 that we poured the foundation at the original Osmosis prototype 30 years ago. It's also the 25th anniversary of the first day of business at our location in Freestone. We are immensely grateful to you, our loyal guests and extended family, and we're moved to look back at how far we've come together. We intend to continue this incredible journey with you for decades to come.
Celebrate these landmarks with us on Tuesday, November 11, in a deeply meditative Gong Ceremony in our meditation garden at 11am. Space is limited and admission is $10, so call today to reserve your place at this harmonic event. Throughout that day we welcome all of you to enjoy hot apple cider and sumptuous soup, a perfect pairing for a crisp, colorful autumn day in Freestone.

November,
the Season of Gratitude
As we move away from summer and the days shorten, our energy naturally turns inward and begins to wane. Often we feel a corresponding drop in our mood... However, another emotion inherent in the season that can create a more uplifting state of being, is the emotion of gratitude... Read More
