In this tiny hamlet, Wild Flour Bead Bakery's wood fired oven turns out over a dozen unique recipes of breads. Sunset Magazine named it one of the most desirable food destinations in the state. Just around the corner, the acclaimed Napa Valley vintner Josephs Phelps operates a welcoming tasting room for its biodyamically grown wines.  Rounding out the culinary delights is the Freestone Artisan Cheese Shop, specializing in handcrafted cheeses.

There's a synergy brewing among Osmosis and the shops around Freestone: the mystery of fermentation - wine, cheese, bread, and the healing power of the Cedar Enzyme Bath at Osmosis - and this fall, the season of harvest, we're planning to celebrate Freestone as a destination for all things fermented.
