Mindfulness Matters

An abundance of studies are pouring in from all corners of the psychological and scientific communities confirming what many of us already know. Meditation is one of the most effective ways to enhance health and reduce stress.  Our intent to create a meditative environment has been a core value since Osmosis began nearly 30 years ago. This month we are featuring three special programs that provide experiential learning about how to meditate.

Through an in-depth tour of the garden, meditation and contemplative techniques, participants will look at life in the 21st century and receive some guidance for gathering the tools of stability and peace of mind. No prior experience of meditation is necessary. 9:30am-noon. Read more...

International Acknowledgment for Osmosis

Spa Business Magazine from Britain, the most respected trade journal of the global spa industry sent a top executive to review Osmosis. Mia Kyricos, an industry veteran with two decades of experience working for hotel, restaurant, spa, and wellness companies world wide, came to "secret shop" Osmosis. Impressed with the level of service, information and attentiveness, she rated our staff at 10!

Mia comments, "Easily one of the most authentic spas I've had the privilege to visit. The staff is sincere, the treatments are good, the pricing is fair, the setting is peaceful and the environment is respected. These days, that is a luxury."  Value for money was also scored at 10. We are honored to receive international recognition from this prestigious publication.

Their observations are right in line with what we are hearing from guests on Yelp and Trip Advisor as indicated by the following headings for reviews:

"My all-time-favorite spa hands down."; "Worth the drive, every time."; "Heaven in A Zen Garden!"
