Fabulous Farmer's Market Fridays

Undoubtedly, the Occidental Farmer's Market is one of the most authentic local markets in Northern California. For anyone who has yet to experience it, just drive 3 miles up the road from Osmosis to the quaint hamlet of Occidental. Come to Oz  for treatments first and then go up to the market to enjoy the outrageously awesome street food, music and local products. Nice combo. Or even better - go to the market early and come to Osmosis afterwards when dusk turns the hills all those magic colors. FRIDAYS 4pm TO DUSK.

Monthly Meditation

The month of July is often associated with independence. True freedom isn't necessarily the freedom to do what one wants, whenever one wants to. Nor does it depend on social standing or physical wellbeing. True freedom is a state of mind.

Click here to read Daidie Donnelley's thoughtful meditation on Freedom and remember that no matter what your situation or surrounding, in your most fundamental self you are free.
