Begin Anew

January Newsletter
After the holidays, you may be feeling the after effects of indulgence in rich foods and drinks. As you enter the new year, improving your health and avoiding winter illnesses can rise to the top of the "to do" list.  Addressing post-holiday bloat and fatigue can be a perfect place to start.

The Hidden Health Liability of Inflammation:
Overconsumption of sweets and fats may create digestive bloating and inflammation that are not only tiring and uncomfortable, but are associated with degenerative diseases. Enzymes are the catalyst for change in all living tissues. They are essential for proper digestion, and prohibit the build up of free radicals that cause disease.  A strong digestive system removes toxins from the body, makes nutrients more available, and reduces the risk of disease while building vitality.

What to do next?
Experience the power of enzymatic health-support from the inside out. For the new year, Osmosis is offering you powerful detoxifying programs that include the enzyme bath, lymphatic massage, dry-brushing, and nutrition support designed to move you forward in a significant way in a short period of time in an enjoyable manner. Our comprehensive month-long Vitality Cleanse program will deeply improve the quality of your life.  If you are looking for a simpler solution, consider a one-day focused detoxification with our  "Bath as Medicine" special  - or, leave holiday stress behind with a restorative getaway package including a night at the Inn at Occidental.
