What's New?

We are excited to introduce Reiki and Reflexology here at Osmosis! Two powerful forms of energy work are combined together for holistic wellness.
Reiki is Japanese energy work that can address the entire body on a physical, mental and emotional level. Reflexology utilizes points on the hands and feet that correspond to other areas in the body. Combined with massage of the neck and scalp, this treatment will bring balance and harmony while addressing the areas that always need attention. This treatment can be received while wearing loose comfortable clothing.

In support of their commitment to less stress, more exercise, healthy eating and joyful living, the guests enjoyed a week of extraordinary morning hikes on the magical Mt. Kuchumaa, top-notch self-selected fitness programs including everything from yoga to circuit training, health-promoting and delicious cuisine with 80% of the food supplied by the 7-acre organic garden and inspiring, uplifting classes led by our own Vital Living specialist, Maria Freebairn-Smith. The perfection of the weather led to luxurious time spent enjoying the hammocks, art gardens and numerous pools throughout the property. The crescent-moon and starry nights were filled with joyful dining and dancing in the company of fabulous new acquaintances from all over the United States and beyond.

Road Trip!

Chateau Diana Winery will be hosting our annual Thanksgiving Food Drive. All food will be donated to Santa Rosa Catholic Charities and Redwood Gospel Mission of Santa Rosa who help support homeless families and children. Each canned food donation will receive 1 raffle ticket. At the end of the event we will draw three tickets. 1st ticket drawn receives a case of Black Oak Wine for $1, 2nd drawn will receive a 6 pack of Black Oak for $1, and 3rd drawn will receive a free T-shirt. The Petaluma Arts Center will host an exhibition of the work of Latino Artists in the PAC and Latino theme art in public venues throughout Petaluma. Visual arts (both 2D and 3D) and altars will be displayed throughout the city, along with altars, music, dance, film, storytelling and workshops in celebration of this age-old tradition that honors the memory of loved ones who have died and acknowledges death as a part of life.
