Report Enhancements
This week, we will review some report enhancements that have recently been completed and published
Report Enhancement # 1 - Hot Items List
The Hot Items Report is a report found under IC, Reports. This report will display the top selling items in your inventory based upon the parameters that have been selected.
The report has been enhanced so that the Retail Price and the On-Hand Quantity are now displayed on the report.
Report Enhancement # 2 - Item Listing Report
The Item Listing Report is a report found under IC, Reports. This report will display a variety of information about a single item or a group of items in your inventory. There are two formats of this report. They are the Standard Format and the Short Format.
The Short Format of this report has been enhanced so that the Qty Allocated (the Sales Orders that the item or items are found on) and the Qty On-Order (the Purchase Orders that the item or items are found on) now appear on the report.
Report Enhancement # 3 - Sales Tax Summary Report
When the Sales Tax Report (found under POS, Reports) is run, there are actually 2 reports created. The first report is the Sales Tax Summary Report. The second report generated is the Non-Tax Sales Report.
The enhancement can be found in the Sales Tax Summary Report. There is now a breakdown of not just the Calculated Sales Tax Collected, but now you also have the breakdown of the Actual Sales Tax Collected.This is labeled in the report as Act. Tax.
