Color Coded Buttons

Have you seen the new color options that are now available in TransActPOS? We now have color coded buttons that are now available for ease of navigation throughout TransActPOS.

Setting Up the Color Coded Buttons

To set these buttons up, you want to go to the Main Menu. Choose the System button. Click on the Company Setup button. Next look in the left hand column and click on POS Information 3. Once you click on that you'll see some information displayed on the right hand. About two-thirds of the way down, closer to the left hand portion of that screen, you will see a check box that says Button Colors. This is the check box that you will check if you want to have your buttons color coded. Once you have checked the box, you will want to click the Save button. 


 
What Happens After You Save Your Changes
 
After you press the Save button, a message is displayed on the screen. The message says "Any changes made are not available to other workstations until they restart TransActPOS." This means that for your changes that you made to take affect at the other workstations, you must exit out of TransActPOS and then go back into TransActPOS. Once you click on the OK button as seen below, you will be taken back to the Main Menu.
