Employee Name: Cissy Iannino

Tenure with TransActPOS: 1 year

Profile: Cissy started with us in December 2014 as a temp and then came on board with us in a full time capacity in April of 2015. She is our point of contact for coordinating the VeriFone Point boarding process. She also serves our customers as an administrative liaison with our sales team for Habitat for Humanity ReStore and other non-profits. In November of 2015, she started training as to become one of our trainers. 

Cissy has 20+ years prior professional work in legal, service and manufacturing industries. She has extensive experience in customer service and vendor relations, human resources, payroll, staff recruitment/placement, and legal administrative assistant.

Hobbies and Interests:
Cissy loves to be outside, love being around family and friends, helping people, the ocean and traveling.  She loves football and hockey, specifically the Chicago Bears and the Hockey Chicago Blackhawks.

The Messenger Option

Are you using Messenger at your Store? Have you been wondering how it works? Have you forgotten that it is there for you? Well you don't have to wonder any longer. Over the next couple of issues of this newsletter, we will delve into the mysteries of The Messenger.

What is the Messenger?

It is like an internal mailing server for your store employees. Users can send messages and reminders back and forth. It lets the user send a quick message to a user across the store or in a back room without having to send a long email. 

Where is the Messenger Button?

If you are using Version 3 of the Main Menu, the Messenger button is located just below and a little to the right of the first column. If you are using Version 4 (2 columns on the left side of the screen) of the Main Menu, the Messenger button sits at the bottom of the leftmost column. 

The Messenger Window

The Messenger Window will display a list of messages from different users. If the message is new, the icon presented will be a closed envelope. When the message has been opened, the icon changes to an open envelope. 

Next week we will look at some of the Ways that you can use Messenger at your store.
