How to Setup Delivery Charges in a Sales Order
1. Choose the SO Module button from the Main Menu and then select the Create Sales Order button.
2. Next Select the Customer
3. Once the customer is accepted the Sales Order screen will be displayed. Select the Detail tab.
4. Enter the desired item(s) and quantity or quantities.
5. Press the Save button.
6. The desired mileage will be selected and then will be added to the screen. If you decide that you don't want to charge mileage, all you have to do is to select the cancel button.
7. If the user originally decided that they didn't want to charge delivery charges, and then they decide that they want to add them in later, all they have to do is to select the edit button and then enter the delivery item
