Profile: Trent is a Sales and Marketing Representative for TransActPOS. He is the father to three boys: Ian, Conner, and Noah. He has an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Information Technology from Madisonville Community College, where he was named Outstanding Student of 2014-15. His certifications include A+, Microsoft Network Administrator, Security +, Net+, CIT Fundamentals, and Professional Management. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor's of Applied Science in Telecommunications through Murray State University.

Delivery Charges (2)
This is a description of how to set up delivery charges in the ring sale screen. For a detailed discussion, including step by step screenshots, refer to the TransActPOS Help Center.

How to Setup Delivery Charges in the Ring Sale Screen

You'll enter your item into the ring sale screen the normal way and check the delivery ticket under the Del Info/Task. Select the item(s) that you want to have delivered.

Once the user selects the End Sale button or presses the F2 function button, the screen showing the Delivery Zone/charge will be displayed. You will click on the desired Delivery Zone/charge and that item will be added to the Ring Sale Screen and the user will be taken to the Payment Screen.

This will connect you to the after hours phone.  The "after hours" run from 5 p.m. - 8 a.m. CST Monday through Friday. Weekend "after hours" run from Friday at 5 p.m. CST to Monday morning at 8 a.m. CST. After hours covers all holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
