There is a new way for our support staff to log into your computer to help you solve your issues. It's called "Splashtop." This system requires that you give your support representative a nine digit number. Here are three places where you can access this number. |
One thing you can do is go to TransActPOS > System > Web Support. From there, you will be directed to a Splashtop support page (shown below). This page includes the session code that you will need to give to your support representative. |
Another method you can use to access your web support code is to search for "Splashtop" in the TransActPOS help center. As shown in the picture, you could then click on the "click here for desktop support" link. |
The TransActPOS website also provides a link for support. To access this, go to our website, www.transactpos.com, and click Support on the toolbar. From there, you can select the type of support you are looking for and click! |

For all after hours calls, please dial (270)821-0720. You will then be asked to press "9." This will connect you to the after hours phone. The "after hours" run from 5 p.m. - 8 a.m. CST Monday through Friday. Weekend "after hours" run from Friday at 5 p.m. CST to Monday morning at 8 a.m. CST. After hours covers all holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
