The Price Checker
TransActPOS has developed a way for customers to check prices in-store! You may have seen price scanners in large retail stores before. Now, this piece of hardware allows your customers to scan prices if an employee is not nearby. If you have more questions about the price scanner, just give us a call!

The Help File
Did you know that TransActPOS has a help file? If you ever have a question about how something works, the answer may very well be there! From your TransActPOS homepage, simply click 'Help File,' and you will be taken to the page shown below. From there, simply search what you're looking for! 

Sound Management
Did you know that you can adjust sounds at your workstation? You can even turn the sounds off if you don't like them. Simply go to System, then click Workstation. From there, you can select System and then Select Sounds near the middle left. Customize away!

This will connect you to the after hours phone.  The "after hours" run from 5 p.m. - 8 a.m. CST Monday through Friday. Weekend "after hours" run from Friday at 5 p.m. CST to Monday morning at 8 a.m. CST. After hours covers all holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
