The Exit Button 

Have you noticed that the Exit button on TransActPOS is now red?

Updates are included in your maintenance plan. You may see a message on your home screen telling you to exit TransActPOS due to a new update. The [x] on top of the screen does not actually close the software. You must press the Exit button itself. If the message indicates that a full update is available, let your store manager know so they can perform the update. The red simply acts as a friendly reminder to let the system work for you!

The Door Counter

Did you know that TransActPOS has a door counter? This is a fantastic way to measure all of that spring store traffic! Some customers even use it to optimize their staffing hours. Over time, this data has been known to save store owners lots of money. If you are interested, just give us a call or email.

Splashtop
