New Version Improvements
If you have been around TransActPOS for any length of time, you know that it is always improving! Our programming staff does an exceptional job making sure we improve our product based on customer demand and increased functionality. The newest version of TransActPOS gives us a shining example of this. Last week, we spoke at length about Data View, and the new elements that had been added.
This week, we will broadly discuss a few more improvements.
Service Ticket Labels
With version 4.007.27, additional fields have been added to the service ticket labels. These fields are for phone number, type, and description of work. These additions continue to help customers improve their store's service department.
Customer Information
Recently, we had a request for additional field space in the email field under customer information. We have now added that. This may seem like a small change, but we are told that our competitors provide very limited space in the email field. Small improvements can help tremendously!
Sales Order Listing Report
Additional filters have been added for the detail reporting includes inventory item fields: class, code, fine, and sub-fine.
Ghost Report
Ghost Report added ability to filter to the last sold date value as "never", "before" or "after" the indicated date.
This is only a small portion of the improvements made to our product! Several bug fixes and more features were added. Next week, we will discuss more of these features. Remember, we at TransActPOS listen to customer requests, and will happily address any suggestions!
