Accessing "What's New"
If you get a log-in screen when trying to access "What's New" in TransActPOS, try these steps:
1. From the TransActPOS home screen, click the TransActPOS logo button in the upper right. If you have the two-column main menu, click the TransActPOS logo in the upper left corner.
2. Click "What's New" in the lower left corner of the ensuing pop-up. This should either pull up the "What's New" section, or prompt you to enter a username and password.
3. If you are getting that prompt, click the gear icon (options) in the upper right corner of the screen.
4. Click "Internet Options" from the drop down menu.
5. On the Internet Options pop-up, click the "Privacy" tab. (Third tab from the left)
6. Now click the "Advanced" button near the middle of the page.
7. In the Advanced Privacy Settings pop-up, make sure you click "override automatic cookie handling." Then, click "accept" under the first-party cookies column, and click "block" in the third-party cookies column. Click "ok."
8. Click "Ok" or "Apply" (then ok) on the internet options pop-up to apply the changes and close the window.
9. Close the What's New window.
10. From TransActPOS, repeat steps 1 and 2 to get to the What's New section!
