Around this time of year, there are many things that need to be done for your store. On top of this, there are some things that need to be brought to your attention to help you out in the future. This newsletter (two days before Christmas!) is going to be filled with various bits of information for you to use around this time of the year and on.

Report Printing Troubleshooting It has come to our attention that when previewing reports and printing the same report from the preview screen, the printout gets chopped off from one side or another. This is due to the printer driver being incorrect for the selected printer. To fix this, select the Print button on the report instead of the Print button on the preview window. If you want to preview the report first, select preview, make sure it is what you want, close the preview, and select Print. Remember, if you right click the Print button on the report window, you can select from different printers, how many pages/copies needed, and additional preferences.
End of Month/Year Reporting
It is almost the end of the month and the end of 2014. This means reporting will need to be done. This is just a reminder to leave the workstations designated to run reports on before leaving for the holidays. This will ensure the reports will be run on time and you won't have to manually perform this process in early 2015.
DIB Warehouse On-Hands For Do-it-Best members, DIB now allows the downloading on warehouse on-hands up to four times a day. You can establish these times by going into Options | IOR | Utilities | Member Info | Set Times for IOR Updates. Clicking the Scheduler button here will bring up a series of check boxes for various times of day for Mon-Fri, Sat., and Sun. Select the times you wish to run IOR Updates and click Save.
