Data Backup
There is nothing more important than backing up your store's data. Without a reliable backup, you could lose a lot of useful information in the event of a disaster. We have discussed this topic before, but it is always an important issue to revisit. A few things have changed since the last time we discussed this topic and we would like to offer some insight on the importance of being on top of this process.

If you already have our backup services, you are one step ahead of the game! However, did you know that we have changed over to a new product. If you are still using eTegrity, we are not using this product anymore. The new service is called "Ctera." Please contact us if you are still using the old product so that we can get you switched over.

Another important thing to let us know is if you aren't receiving notifications from your data backup or you are receiving notifications telling you that something is wrong. Both of these issues need to be looked into immediately in case of an emergency.
