Sales Order List Edit Mode
In TransActPOS version 3.045.09, a new feature/button was added to the Sales Order Detail tab. The List Edit Mode button brings up a new tool that allows you to filter a list of items on a sales order and make changes that would have normally occurred by scrolling the list of items and selecting the desired button for change and then repeating this process for additional items. The new List Edit Mode allows you to make changes quicker and more efficiently.

Overview
The first step is to create a sales order or quote. Once you have entered the items on the Detail tab, click the List Edit Mode button to edit the listing of items.
There are two main parts to the List Edit Mode window. The first portion is the Qty and Price fields. These can be changed for each item if necessary. If you need to alter the item's description, you will need to exit the List Edit Mode and use the Dscpt/Cmnt button or F11 after highlighting the desired item.

The other main part of the List Edit Mode is the filters on the left side. These filters are used to help you if you have a sales order/quote with dozens and hundreds of line items. There are several fields you can filter by. These fields include the Item ID, Description, Location, Class, Code, and Fine.
Once you have entered information in these fields, click the Set Filters to filter the list of items to the right to match the desired filters.
