About a year and a half ago, we launched our E-Learning site "LearnTAPOS." In this week's newsletter, we are going to briefly discuss the benefits you can gain by using this learning tool and how to get your store registered.

When you register for LearnTAPOS, you will receive access to lessons. These lessons are interactive in nature and generally have a short video attached to them as well. After going through each lesson, there is a brief quiz to test your knowledge on the information you just learned. If you earn a passing score, you will receive credit for having completed the lesson and will be able to print out a certificate of completion.

This tool is very useful for keeping track of which employees are trained to handle specific tasks. You can keep track of which lessons have been completed and assign specific lessons to specific employees.
