Navigating the Help Center
We talked about navigating the newsletter a couple of weeks ago. This week, we are going to discuss the Help Center within TransActPOS and how to use it to its full potential. The Help Center is available to those who have access to the TransActPOS program. On the main menu, there is a button that says "Help Center" on it. Clicking this will give you access to a wealth of knowledge about TransActPOS.

Overview Other Links
Once you have opened the Help Center, you will be presented with the main page. This page offers links that can get you to frequently accessed areas of our help documentation.
One of these links is "How To Files." This link will take you to an index of our how to pages in the help center. These pages offer quick, concise guidance to various areas of TransActPOS. These pages are similar to the weekly newsletter.
Another very useful link is "WebHelp Introduction." If you are new to the Help Center or need a refresher on how to navigate it, click this link. It overviews the different parts of the help center and how to find any information you need to find.

At the bottom of the main page, there are five "Other Links" that can help you as well. The first is "LearnTAPOS" and this takes you to our interactive learning center. You must be signed up for this (check eNews #8 for more information). Another link is the "Video Library." This link will take you to a listing of multiple videos we have produced that can assist in helping you by showing you how to perform various tasks.
The last link we are going to talk about it the "eNews Index." This has been a frequently asked for feature of our help documentation and it is now available for you. Instead of our previous index of newsletter that just showed the number and main title for the newsletter, this index gives a better description for what is actually in each newsletter. You can also search this page by pressing the 'Ctrl' key and the 'F' at the same time and typing a keyword or phrase in the search box that appears.
