Welcome to the September issue of Health Points — news from the offices of Dr. Tonya Cremin.

Stress plays an inevitable role in everyone’s life. Stress is your body’s natural reaction to certain anxiety-provoking situations also known as triggers. Some triggers are external and beyond your control such as being stuck in miles of traffic or your rent being raised. Over time, chronic stress takes its toll on your physical and mental health. The goal of this newsletter is to share simple tips and techniques that’ll help you to manage your stress.

Also in this issue, did you know that some of your daily habits are causing you to age quicker? We’ll discuss some of the most common habits that cause premature aging and health issues.

For more information on our new wellness therapies at our office, including Reiki, Acupuncture and more, contact us today. We hope you enjoy this issue.

Sincerely,
Tonya Cremin, DO and the staff of Fairfield County Integrative Family Medicine & Healing Therapies
