Welcome to the May issue of Health Points — news from the offices of Dr. Tonya Cremin.

While most people are familiar with a deep tissue massage or foot massage, many aren’t as familiar with lymphatic drainage massage, or manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) and its numerous health benefits. In this issue of Health Points, we’ll reveal what manual lymphatic drainage is and how it keeps you healthy.

Also this month, we’ll take a closer look at respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), a major cause of respiratory illness and lung infections in children.

For more information on our new wellness therapies at our office, contact us today. We hope you enjoy this issue.

Sincerely,
Tonya Cremin, DO and the staff of Fairfield County Integrative Family Medicine & Healing Therapies
