We alerted you last night on an issue regarding some of our members experiencing eligibility issues while trying to fill prescriptions at the pharmacy. All impacted members were corrected last night and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina is continuing to monitor the situation. If any of your employees have any questions or experience an issue, please have them call State Health Plan Customer Service at 888-234-2416 for immediate resolution.
