The State Health Plan has been made aware that some members have been experiencing eligibility issues while trying to fill prescriptions at the pharmacy. At this point it is impacting approximately 500 members. We hope to have this issue resolved today, however, if any of your employees are having issues, please have them call State Health Plan Customer Service at 888-234-2416.
