Welcome to the new Eco Partners' newsletter. Every month we will send out an update on our company and environmental education efforts around the country.
I was recently asked to review entries for the SWANA 2013 Public Education Excellence Award. All of the entries highlighted excellent projects featuring the type of educational efforts we like to see happening around the United States and Canada. Both Leeann and I reviewed the entries and were reminded that, while eye-catching graphics add to the quality of an application, the information included is most important. An award-winning entry includes proper presentation of a project by following directions and cohesively conveying the details.
Last fall, I was elected to fill a position as SWANA's Communication Education and Marketing (CEM) Technical Division Vice Director. I am very excited about being a part of SWANA in this way, and I plan to run for a full term later this summer. I would appreciate your support.
Please enjoy this issue of our newsletter. For more information about EcoPartners, and to stay up-to-date between newsletters, please visit our website at http://www.ecopartnersinc.com/.
Sincerely,
Elizabeth Roe
