Jamaica, Queens - ABC Realty has acquired 166-36 Jamaica Avenue, bringing a prime six story 28,800 square-foot commercial building in Jamaica, Queens onto the market. 

 

Located on the southwest corner of Jamaica Avenue and 168th Street in the heart of Downtown Jamaica, this site has excellent visibility with proximity to many of the District's amenities including its highly trafficked transportation hubs. This property will be linked to its immediate area commercial tenants including Home Depot, The Gap Outlet, Payless, Applebee's, Marshall's, Zales, Foot Locker, Duane Reade and many others.

The Poulakakos Family, owner of Harry's Cafe and Steak and the Financier Patisserie string, recently opened CityRib in Downtown Jamaica, their first outer-borough restaurant.
