Band Registration event on May 26th.  The date had been changed 
to June 2nd (TONIGHT), and is at the SLP High School in the cafeteria
Please note, there are two sessions, one at 5:00 pm, and the other at 6:00 pm.

Please also note an event 'time' correction.  The 2015-16
Kindergarten Culmination event begins at 2:00 pm (not 1:00 pm as noted in previous

Anniversary

125th Anniversary Celebration
 
St. Louis Park Public Schools Superintendent Rob Metz and  
the entire St. Louis Park Public Schools School Board invite  
you to a celebration of the district's 125th anniversary.

Enjoy cake and beverages, take a tour of the high school, view
historical dioramas, and hear a presentation by past and present
St. Louis Park Public Schools leaders. Contribute to the collaborative
painting coordinated by Pinot's Palette. Take in a free historical music
concert by the St. Louis Park Community Band.

Event is free and open to the public.

PTO: 2016-17 Volunteer Opportunities 
Volunteer Lead Positions Needed   

Here are a few PTO parent volunteer lead positions needed for next year & the total estimated time commitment:
  • Box Tops Coordinator- can do from home, 4-5 hours (fall & spring)
  • Clubs Treasurer - can do from home, 4-5 hours (fall & spring)
  • Math Night Coordinator- 5-7 hours (fall)
  • Mentor Program Coordinator- 4-6 hours (fall)
  • Teacher Conference Meals- 4-6 hours (fall & spring)
  • Website Maintenance- technical role, from home, 2 hours per month

PTO: Amity Aunts & Uncles Needed
Online Applications Now Accepted

We are now accepting online applications for PSI Aunt/Uncle Families for our eight 2016-2017 interns. As an Aunt/Uncle family you will be matched with one Amity intern for the entire school year and also lend support to their fall and spring host family.

Applications can be found at
www.psiparents.com under the Get Involved tab and must be completed no later than June 10th for consideration. Preferences will be given to first time Aunt/Uncle Families

With the Campbell's soup Labels for Education program coming to a close, please send in any final Campbell's points you have.   
Also, now is a great time to send in your Box Tops for Education points as well.
